Our X24 ATEX / IECEx wireless telemetry system is ATEX and IECEx approved members of our industry–leading T24 wireless sensor family. Systems can be created using X24 in hazardous areas and T24 in safe areas, as your application demands.
These wireless telemetry systems provide high accuracy, low noise measurement electronics delivering high resolution, low drift results which can be user calibrated over nine points to enable linearization and to deliver results in user definable engineering units. The results can be transmitted at rates of up to 200 per second to other T24 devices.
Both systems operate on the licence free 2.4 GHz band and are approved for FCC, IC and European standards.
The X24 wireless telemetry sensor system is approved with the latest CSA certification for ATEX / IECEx Zones 1 & 2, providing exceptional reliability in hazardous environments that are likely to have a high density of metal equipment.
The flexible transmission rates and low power usage allow for up to five years battery / cell life for remote modules.
Configuration of devices is simple with our user friendly Toolkit software. Configure and calibrate by using either known inputs or by table entry. Powerful logging and visualisation software, which is entirely free to download, is used to build visual representations of systems with live readings.
We know how industry applications can vary, so T24 can be constructed to fit around each requirement. Transmitter modules, base stations, robust handheld displays, serial outputs, relays, printers and analogue outputs can be simply configured to suit your requirements.
Extending into the hazardous areas is easily achieved with the X24 ATEX / IECEx wireless telemetry system which extends the capabilities of both systems.
